Here in Toronto, we were in an extended Covid lock down from November of 2020 to July of 2021 so we couldn’t shoot any of models in our new products and had to resort to launching these Locker Gear Massive Harder Zipper Jockstraps with Locker Gear’s photos. It was beyond frustrating as Locker Gear didn’t even allude to the fact there was a functional zipper in the pouch of the jockstrap. Not to mention, the quality of the photos were awful, they were grainy and poorly shot. The lackluster sales were no surprise.
So, as soon as our lock down was over I scrambled to get our sexy exhibitionist model Andrew in for our first Jockstrap Central shoot in 8 months – even rocking his Covid hair I still think he’s pretty damn hot! And what a great shoot it was – we finally had those Locker Gear jocks shot the way they were meant to be. We relaunched the jocks and it was no surprise when they started flying off the shelves.
Hopefully Covid lock downs for us here in Toronto are going to be a thing of the past. Our local government is coming out with vaccine passports for indoor events and all our regular models are already doubly vaccinated.
