THE RETURN OF SAFETGARD

If you’ve been following Jockstrap Central for more than a few years, you’ll remember that we used to carry SafeTGard. Well they’re back! Although it was one of our best sellers, due to many issues with our local distributor, we had no choice but to discontinue the line. Now, after countless customer requests to bring them back we decided to give them another chance except this time we demanded we only deal with SafeTGard’s head office.

In case you don’t know, SafeTGard has been making supporters for over 50 years and like Bike, have become a standard in the jockstrap world due not only to their classic looks, but also for their incredibly affordable price.

Here’s the details: SafeTGard’s signature knit pouch provides excellent comfort while letting air circulate. An elasticized waistband with rubber support ribbing ensures the best possible fit. While they don’t make the rainbow of colors they used to, they are currently available in black, white, Navy-blue and Red in both a swimmer and 3 Inch version – and at $8.95 you can get one of each.

MALE POWER SHEER CAMO JOCKS

We’ve just received two sexy new mesh jocks from Male Power and we’ve got our big n’ hunky Irish model Mairtin to show them (and himself) off.

The new jock is perfect for the guy who wants to show off but prefers his onlookers to be up close and personal with his crotch to see what’s really going on. Although the sheer fabric is completely see-through, the camouflage pattern does it’s job partially distorting what’s beneath – until you get up close that is.

This jock includes a roomy camo pouch lined with black piping, 3/8 inch wide leg straps and a 1 /14 inch wide black waistband with a racing stripe and winged male power logo front and center.

DT JOCKS ARE HERE

DT is an Australian clothing label who we’ve had our eye on for a while, but when they released their incredibly sexy and stylish new DT Black Label Jockstraps we knew we had to rush them onto our shelves. We’ve also brought in their classic DT Jock, while maybe not as out there as the Black Label Jock, it’s equally as wonderful in it’s simplicity and comfort. Here’s more info on each:

What makes the DT Black Label Jockstrap stand out is its original take on the traditional jockstrap leg strap. In one continuous piece, the 3/4 inch elastic strap is also the edging of the brushed cotton pouch. Running along the edges from the waistband to the base, leaving the pouch and traveling around your leg just below your ass cheeks and finally wrapping around to the front and attaching back to the pouch just below the waistband – making for some visually stunning lines.

The classic DT Jock is their take on a basic, comfort first, fashion jock and boy does it succeed! With a soft brushed cotton contoured pouch edged with a cotton covered elastic that ensures the perfect fit.

Both of these jockstrap styles come in both black and white and feature a ¾ inch leg straps and a 1 ½ inch plushed waistband with a stylized DT logo in contrasting shiny, almost metallic threads woven right into the band becoming less of a logo and more of an integral part of the overall design.

GOOD DEVIL NET JOCKSTRAPS

LET THE DEVIL INSIDE OUT WITH THE GOOD DEVIL NET JOCKS

The Good part of Good Devil only refers to how these new Net Jocks will make you feel when not only your ass is deliciously framed by the traditional jock straps, but your boys are put out on display by the unique pouch design. Needless to say, this is definitely not a jock for the timid and shy.

There’s simply nothing else like it – the pouch is solid at the top but completely open down below with a stylish crescent cut out and the resulting hole is filled with a four-way stretch mesh that’s contoured just enough for comfort but still gives you the support you need, but don’t worry, the fine mesh material is completely see-through so your boys get the attention they deserve.

JOCKSTRAP CENTRAL MODEL SHEAHAN

We recently released an extended photoset of our latest model Sheahan over on Jockstrap Central in the gallery section, but as always, we’re also posting it here too.

A while back Sheahan answered one of our classified ads via email sending in some photos, unfortunately the photos were the size of postage stamps so I really couldn’t see what he had going on but I had a gut feeling that this guy was worth pursuing – boy was that feeling a good one!

As soon as he came into the initial interview/meeting I loved his look, but it was his personality and his “I love life” attitude that really won me over – and that’s apparent throughout his whole gallery. Although he had never modeled before he drew upon his street performance background and came alive in front of the camera.

Although Sheahan was born in India, he spent much of his life in Dubai working as a street jazz performer but luckily for us he recently ended up in Toronto. I guess it’s the street dancing that gives him that remarkable body, but even more impressive is the fact that he’s got that body and he’s almost 40!

Sheahan’s extended photoset consists of a few of the product shots from our website (except much larger and with minimal branding) but is packed with extra “fun” photographs from the photoshoot. I usually try to keep the gallery to 30 photos, but there were so many great shots that this has a whopping 40!

JOCKSTRAP CENTRAL MODEL THOMAS

We recently released an extended photoset of our latest model Thomas over on Jockstrap Central in the gallery section, but as always, we’re also posting it here too.

As for Thomas, he came to us through one of our classified ads and although he had a great face we couldn’t tell what his body was like through his baggy clothing. Well, I can honestly say when his drawers dropped, so did our jaws! Not only did he have a tight lean body, but an incredible pair of thighs that were 100% pure muscle. Turns out when he’s not modeling he’s working those muscles by riding his BMX bike every chance he gets.

JOCKSTRAP CENTRAL MODEL COREY KIRK

We recently released an extended photoset of our latest model Corey over on Jockstrap Central in the gallery section, but as always, we’re also posting it here – a little late as I’ve been busy getting the new Nasty Pig takedown jockstraps launched.

As for Corey, he’s 22 with Polish roots and was born and raised in a small northern Ontario (that’s Canada) community, Corey grew up with a wild side for fun and adventure. Dirt biking, mountain climbing, snowmobiling, drag racing, and surfing are all activities that he avidly enjoys and allow him to live life dangerously. Modeling for Jockstrap Central was probably more about adventure than danger but whatever the motivation, we’re just glad he found his way to us.

Although he works for the 3rd largest media firm in Canada in marketing and competitive analysis and holds a university degree in marketing as well as a post-graduate degree in advertising, he’s completely in love with modeling and is actively seeking as much work as he possibly can. JOCKSTRAP CENTRAL MODEL SANTOS

We recently released an extended photoset of our latest model Santos over on Jockstrap Central in the gallery section, but as always, we’re also posting it here – a little late as I’ve busy getting ready for our two day stint with our booth at Toronto Pride. The large versions of the photos are bigger than ever – a full 1000 pixels so you can see all the juicy details.

Like most of our models, Santos answered a classified ad and sent in a few fantastic sample photos and we liked what we saw. We immediately set him up for a quick meeting and as soon as we opened the door, we knew we had a star on our hands. As you can see from the photos, he’s stunningly handsome and oozing sexy. Not that you would know, but he’s also intelligent and super nice.

Santos has recently moved to Toronto from the UK where he’s currently working as a model, but also as a fitness instructor which probably explains those rock hard abs and zero body fat. Some models need coaxing, not Santos, he was so at ease in front of the camera, completely in-tune with his sexuality, and it shows through the whole photoshoot.
