Although PPU doesn’t give their creations names, we do and we’re calling this brand new jock the PPU Shaft Jock for fairly obvious reasons. It’s a sexy jockstrap in either a conservative (not really!) solid fabric or a hide nothing sheer version both with a unique criss-cross lifting effect and 3D shaft sheath. It’s like a ball-lifter and shaft display suit all-in-one. With an elastic criss-cross loop suspended from the waistband and the hole formed from the loop filled in with either a sheer or solid contoured stretchy fabric sheath. As you know, we just launched the new Cellblock 13 Arsenal and Apex collections and with such a huge launch (a jockstrap, trunk, two harnesses and socks in four colors) there are tons of photos. Usually I just post a few shots of each color, but this time I’m going to do a series of photos posts breaking them down into color.

Cellblock 13 Ward13 Swimmer Jocks Now in More Colors!

On first inspection of the Cellblock 13 Ward13 Jockstrap, you’d think this was a traditional swimmer jockstrap with a designer upgrade, and you’d be almost correct. With a narrow one inch wide waistband and what looks to be a woven pouch it’s an easy assumption to make, but the pouch is actually a solid fabric made out of a unique, stretchy and super-soft polyamide (a special polyester) and spandex fabric with a light ribbing. It is also part of CB13 Ward13 Seamless Collection and the result is a pouch that cradles your package, caressing and showing off every part of your bulge and treating it the way it deserves to be treated. Where it lacks in support it makes up for comfort tenfold. It’s almost sheer and it’s insanely awesome.

The waistband, as mentioned is one inch wide, made with Cellblock 13’s heavy duty comfort elastic with a two-tone grey and black horizontal stripe and repeating Cellblock 13 woven into the band. And in case you don’t know about Cellblock 13’s incredible attention to detail, they’ve cut the elastic so the repeating logos are always visible up front and also in back and the Cellblock 13 is never cut off at the back seam (like most similar waistbands from other designers). Finishing off the waistband is an embroidered patch incorporating the Cellblock 13 logo and the words “WARD13 REGULATION GEAR”. In the back, find sturdy yet incredibly comfortable black elastic leg straps.
